Isorg, a pioneer in Organic Photodetectors (OPDs) and large-area image sensors, today announces a capital increase of EUR16 million in series C financing.
Two major industrial investors, Sumitomo Chemical Co Ltd and Mitsubishi Corporation, participated in the round. Greece-based Integrated Systems Development SA and five new French investors represented by fund manager Financière Fonds Privés also joined the round. Legacy shareholders Bpifrance, through its large venture funds, New Science Venture, CEA Investment and Sofimac Group (Limousin Participations) contributed, reaffirming their commitment and confidence in Isorg. The company has raised EUR47.8 million (approximately USD58.4 million) to date.

Bajela brings a wide range of expertise as an investment specialist, as well as being a strong and active advocate for promoting diversity and inclusion.
Bajela is an Investor at Impact X Capital, an early-stage investment firm. Impact X’s mandate is to invest in underrepresented entrepreneurs across Europe. Rest Less, a digital platform for the over 50s, has raised GBP6.1 million (USD8.5 million) to further expand its services for its members. The funding round was led by venture capital firms MTech Capital and Viola FinTech with further participation from existing investors, QED Investors and Octopus Ventures. Viola FinTech Founder, Daniel Tsiddon, and MTech Capital Co-Founder, Kevin McLoughlin will join the board of directors.

VTB Capital has invested in the pharmaceutical holding company Binnopharm Group, a subsidiary of Sistema.
Sistema Telecom Assets LLC sold a 11.2 per cent stake in Ristango Holding Limited, the owner of Binnopharm Group, to Nevsky Property Investments Limited, which is controlled by VTB Capital. The transaction value amounted to USD96 million (RUB7 billion).

Genstar Capital and TA Associates have signed a definitive agreement to merge their portfolio companies, Compusoft, an international provider of specialised visual Configure, Price, Quote (vCPQ) software to key retail and manufacturing industries, and 2020 Technologies (2020), a provider of specialised computer-aided design (CAD), configure, price, quote (CPQ) and enterprise solutions dedicated to interior design, space planning and furniture manufacturing industries.

Weinberg Capital has acquired shares in the Bourdoncle group, a key player in the French bistro-catering industry. This is the fifth acquisition of Weinberg Capital’s fund LBO WCP#3.
