Peak Rock Capital, a leading middle-market private investment firm, has held the final closing of Peak Rock Capital Fund III LP and its parallel funds.  Fund III substantially exceeded its target of USD1.3 billion and was over-subscribed, closing at its hard cap on USD2.0 billion of limited partner commitments.
