Entrepreneurial Equity Partners (e2p), a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on the food and consumer packaged goods industries, is to merge  portfolio company Kronos Foods (Kronos) with Grecian Delight Foods, a Parthenis family business. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.   Grecian Delight is a leading manufacturer and marketer of Greek and Mediterranean inspired cuisine. Global investment bank GCA Corporation has has completed its acquisition of Stella EOC, a leading technology and media investment banking boutique with coverage in the Nordics, the UK and continental Europe. With this GCA is expanding its coverage into further key strategic markets including Benelux and the Nordics, strengthening its already leading technology practice and adding expertise in the media and global entertainment space. An affiliate of HIG Capital (HIG), a global private equity investment firm with USD37 billion of equity capital under management, has invested, through convertible debt, into Modern Logistics, a Brazilian one-stop-shop full service logistics firm. Fast-growth web hosting business, Miss Group, has acquired Euronic OY, which is headquartered in Finland. Founded in 2000, Euronic is an established Finnish web hosting business with around 12,500 customers. Alongside its core shared web hosting offering, Euronic provides services, such as website builds, domain names, and security certificates. Global software investor Insight Partners has held a final close of its growth equity fund Insight Partners XI at USD9.5 billion, with support from Insight’s existing, as well as new, investors.
