Bowmark Capital, a mid-market private equity firm, is to sell Aston Lark, an independent insurance broker, to Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division. Guernsey’s Green Finance initiative was a big draw at last week’s Guernsey Funds Forum event in London (16 May) which saw more than 500 finance professionals from the City and beyond gather to hear about the Island’s funds offering.
