Mandarin Capital Partners, the private equity fund manager, has changed its name to Mindful Capital Partners.
The new name fully reflects the investment strategy and approach that has long characterised the activities of the management team, which is committed to supporting the development of Italian and European mid-cap companies with a strong international focus.
