Mayfair Equity Partners, a technology and consumer-focused investment firm with over £2bn in AUM, has promoted Nick Keegan and Yusuf Hoballah to Partner, and Abbie Robus to Senior Associate. In addition, Maria Carradice is taking on a new senior role to lead the delivery of Mayfair’s evolving data strategy.
Keegan joined Mayfair in 2018, having previously advised brands at PE-backed communications consultancy Blue Rubicon.
Hoballah, a member of the investment team since 2017, has worked in both the origination and execution of new investments and is involved with supporting portfolio companies on their strategies and operational objectives. Most recently, he worked on the sale of Snowfox Group to Zensho Holdings for $621m, the largest consumer exit by a UK private equity firm in 2023, according to a press release. Prior to joining Mayfair, he was a member of the private equity team at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on majority buyout investments in North America and Western Europe.
Robus, who has been promoted within the investment team, joined in 2022 from KPMG’s corporate finance team, where she advised financial sponsors and corporates on mid-market sell-side and buy-side transactions. Mostly recently, she worked on the merger of AI-powered language services provider Jonckers with international translation and localisation agency Acclaro.
Carradice, who has been Mayfair’s ESG Specialist since 2015, will now also assume responsibility for evolving the firm’s internal data systems and capabilities, following the launch of ListAlpha, a deal flow platform for investors that was developed alongside Mayfair.
