QED Investors and European Founders Fund also participated in the round. All the parties are based in the US.
Simultaneously, MediaMath raised USD2.5mn in debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank.
MediaMath plans to use the funds for its expansion including technology research and product development, executive and staff recruitment, tactical acquisitions, and geographic expansion.
