Law firm Michelmores has appointed corporate lawyer Roger Fink as a partner at its Chancery Lane, London office.
Fink, who qualified with Slaughter and May and has been a partner at Pinsent Masons for over 20 years, is recognised for his experience on leading multi-disciplinary teams on deal sizes ranging from under GBP1m to over GBP2bn, acting for private equity, insurance, retail and other clients.
His transactional experience includes leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, public to privates, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of insurance intermediaries and management share structures.
Roger’s appointment brings Michelmores’ partnership to 58.
