Harris Williams has acted as exclusive adviser to Country Pure Foods, a portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital and DN Partners, in its sale to Mistral Equity Partners.
The transaction was led by Glenn Gurtcheff, Tim Alexander, Jeffrey Cleveland and Ryan Budlong from Harris Williams’ Minneapolis office.

Country Pure Foods is one of the largest independent producers and distributors of premium juices in the US.
First Atlantic Capital is a New York City-based private equity investment firm with a focus on the plastics and packaging, branded foods, food processing, industrial and consumer goods, as well as business services industries.
DN Partners is a Chicago-based private equity firm that manages committed capital funds on behalf of institutional and high net worth investors.
Mistral Equity Partners is a private equity firm which specialises in the consumer, retail and consumer-focused media sectors.
