Monk’s Hill Ventures (MHV), a venture capital firm investing in early-stage tech startups in Southeast Asia, has appointed Susli Lie as Partner, expanding the form’s senior leadership team.
As a firm focused on building a strong partnership of entrepreneurs and operators, she will be responsible for building MHV’s Indonesia business, spearheading the firm’s ESG program, and supporting portfolio companies on the ground.
Lie is also a seasoned finance professional, having built a career with global experience at the cross-section of finance, international development, and technology. Born and raised in Jakarta, she has spent the last decade in Indonesia advising, investing, and operating as a founder. Among other roles, she was previously Asia-Pacific Chief of Staff for Oliver Wyman.
