Monroe Capital has strengthened its direct origination capabilities with the hire of Todd Davis as Director, based in the firm’s New York office. Davis will focus on originating new business opportunities across the Northeast region of the US.
Davis brings more than 15 years of experience in middle-market sponsor finance. He previously spent over 13 years at Antares Capital LP and GE Capital, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, where he executed middle-market sponsor transactions. He began his career as an analyst at JPMorgan.
Tom Aronson, Monroe’s Vice Chairman and Head of Originations, said Davis’s experience and sponsor network will support the continued growth of the firm’s direct origination platform. The hire underscores Monroe’s ongoing commitment to providing tailored financing solutions to private equity sponsors and middle-market companies nationwide.
