Monroe Capital has appointed Ryan Flanders as Vice President in the firm’s New York office. Flanders will serve on the firm’s Investor Relations & Marketing team.
Prior to Monroe, Flanders was the Head of Private Debt Products at Preqin, where he created and established Preqin’s coverage of the private debt asset class, managing marketing, sales, and external communications on a worldwide basis while serving as a frequent contributor on the conference circuit. Throughout his seven years at Preqin, Flanders also served in client services and business sales roles. Flanders earned his BA from the University of Georgia, Athens. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
