Morgan Lewis has advised Digital Colony, an investment firm focused on mobile and internet infrastructure, on its acquisition of Opencell, which expands presence in the United Kingdom. The transaction was signed on 1 November.
Opencell provides multi-operator indoor mobile coverage for a variety of customers, building types, and sizes, particularly landlords and tenants using small cell infrastructure.
Morgan Lewis’s team was led by London partner Tom Cartwright and included associate Jack Shawdon, with support from partner Lee Harding and associates Nadia Akhter and Sarah Stock (employment) and associate Neil McKnight (tax).
