Natixis has appointed Michael Moravec as Head of Investment Banking, Americas. He will report locally to Kevin Alexander, Managing Director and globally to Mohamed Kallala, Global Head of Investment Banking.
Moravec will oversee all aspects of the Investment Banking division for Natixis’ CIB Americas platform.

Moravec has more than 20 years of experience in banking and leveraged finance. He joins Natixis from Barclays, where he was Head of EMEA Leveraged Finance. He previously worked at Lehman Brothers, where he specialised in the origination, structuring and distribution of highly structured financing solutions and provided advice to major private equity sponsors as well as corporations in a variety of industries. Michael also held positions at Bank of America and Bear Stearns earlier in his career.
