New 2ND Capital names two new partners

New 2ND Capital, a private equity secondaries firm based in New York, has appointed two new Partners, Rob Luttrell and Yindran Puspanathan, as well as a raft promotions across the Investment, Capital Formation & IR and Finance & Operations teams.

The promotions are: Jack Shay to Principal; Kendra Zhi to Vice President; Isabelle Leonaitis to Vice President; Abraaz Khan to Senior Associate; Henry Wakelin to Senior Associate; Mildred Villedas to Associate; and Matt Skerl to Senior Fund Accountant.

New 2ND Capital, which has $2.6bn in assets under management focuses on North American middle-market investments through GP-led secondaries transactions – continuation funds, fund restructurings, spin-outs). Transactions sizes range between $10m and $500m.
