Dan Collinson Koch, non-executive Director of Aurora Russia Limited, the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to make equity or equity-related investments in small and mid-sized private companies in Russia, has been appointed Chairman of the board.
Dan Koch will assume the Chairmanship from Sir Trevor Chinn. Sir Trevor has decided to resign to devote more time to his charitable activities specifically to focus on his recent appointment as Chairman of the Mayor’s Fund for London the goal of which is to relieve poverty in London.
