UK law firm Dundas & Wilson has promoted private equity specialist Nadim Meer to partner. Meer is a corporate lawyer who also advises on M&A deals.
Meer, who very recently advised on the secondary buy-out of ADP Dental Company will focus on developing and growing D&W’s UK private equity practice.
Michael Polson, head of D&W’s corporate group, said: “Our UK corporate practice continues to grow significantly and Nadim has played an important part in that growth with impressive private equity and M&A work.
“Nadim has a first-class track record in handling complex and demanding corporate transactions, and as a partner we’re confident he will continue to add great value to the increasing number of UK instructions we receive.”
Meer’s promotion is one of six partner appointments just announced bringing the total number of partners at D&W to 83. Dundas & Wilson, in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow, operates across many different sectors and is involved in many of the UK’s largest deals.
