MDOTM, a European specialist in AI-driven investment strategies, has completed a EUR6.2m Series B fundraising. The funds will accelerate MDOTM’s international expansion, double the size of its teams in London and Milan, and see the company open a new office in the US. Preqin has entered a partnership with the Indian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (IVCA), under eligibility from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), to produce performance benchmarks for alternative investment funds (AIFs) as an official benchmarking agency. Vytelle, a precision livestock company, has closed an oversubscribed Series A funding worth USD13.2 million. Private equity firm Open Prairie, through the Open Prairie Rural Opportunities Fund, and Kansas-based Ag-tech VC, Fulcrum Global Capital co-led the round. The financing also included participation from new Midwest investors Serra Ventures, Innovation In Motion, and KCRise, as well as existing investor, UK-based Wheatsheaf Group.

PFR Ventures has extended its PFR Private Equity programme. The investing arm of Polish Development Fund will invest over EUR110 million in new private equity funds, growing the overall budget of the programme to EUR240 million.  PFR Ventures has already invested capital from the newest pool closing on a new partnership.
