Warburg Pincus, a global growth investor, and LMCA, a brand extension specialist, have launched brand acquisition firm Full Sail IP Partners.
Full Sail IP Partners will acquire brands with untapped potential and build out their business through relevant, revenue generating licenses.

Rosemark Group (Rosemark), a new company focused on helping brands build deeper relationships with their consumers, has entered into an agreement under which Newlight Partners LP (Newlight), a growth equity investor, will make an equity investment of up to USD150 million in the company.
Rosemark will use the investment to build the next leader in customer marketing by acquiring and accelerating the growth of tech-enabled marketing companies focused on deepening consumer relationships. Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised longstanding client Piper, a specialist investor in fast-growing consumer brands, on its GBP5 million investment into Wild Nutrition, a natural health supplements brand.
Founded in 2013 by husband-and-wife team Henrietta and Charlie Norton, Wild Nutrition has disrupted the UK’s GBP20 billion health and wellness market. The brand offers supplements that are ethically and sustainably formulated by an in-house team who source the highest quality, fully traceable ingredients to provide solutions to common health needs – including pregnancy, fertility, immunity, energy, gut health, sleep, stress and anxiety and hormonal health.

Performance Designed Products, LLC (PDP), a developer of video game accessories and peripherals, has been acquired by Diversis Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled organizations.
Founded in 1990, PDP designs, engineers, and markets a full suite of video game accessories including headsets, controllers, chargers, and protective cases for Xbox, Nintendo, and PlayStation. PDP sells hardware and software products under their own brands – PDP Gaming, Afterglow, Rock Candy and Victrix – which are sold worldwide, including at Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon, GameStop, and Best Buy. Growth capital investor, BGF has announced a successful exit from Nottingham-based life sciences incubation business, BioCity.
BGF backed BioCity in January 2019 with funding facilitating BioCity’s investment into a number of seed-stage life sciences businesses. BGF has also invested alongside BioCity in deals such as its investment into North West-headquartered proteomic-data science and diagnostics company, Kinomica, in November last year.
