Private investment firm Ardian has acquired a minority stake in JPB Système, a French industrial firm specialising in the design of self-locking fastening solutions for aircraft engines, to accelerate the group’s international growth and support its innovation strategy.
EQT is in exploratory talks with major secondary-market players including Coller Capital, HarbourVest Partners and Pantheon as it seeks to significantly expand its footprint in the private markets secondaries arena, according to a report by Bloomberg. The firm is currently valued at $39.8bn.
