Foresight Group (Foresight), an independent infrastructure and private equity investment manager, and Williams Advanced Engineering (WAE), have announced a GBP1.45 million follow-on investment from the Foresight Williams Technology EIS Fund into Inovo Robotics (Inovo).This investment will allow the Company to grow sales internationally and brings the total invested by the Fund to GBP2.95 million, having originally invested GBP1.5 million in October 2018 to support the Company’s first product to market.

Swiss impact investment manager BlueOrchard Finance Ltd (BlueOrchard) has held the final close of the InsuResilience Investment Fund (IIF) Private Equity Sub-Fund, an initiative to improve access to climate insurance across the developing world. The fund has already made six investments across emerging markets, helping to protect more than 20 million poor and vulnerable people from the effects of climate change.

Pan-European asset manager Tikehau Capital’s subsidiary Ace Management has held a EUR630 million first close of Ace Aero Partenaires, a fund focused on helping companies in the aviation industry that have been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
