UBS Asset Management’s (UBS-AM) Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business has appointed Rodolphe Brumm as a Portfolio Manager on its Infrastructure Equity team, based in London and effective immediately. Brumm will be responsible for activities supporting the origination, analysis and execution of infrastructure equity investment opportunities across Europe. ArchOver, a peer-to-peer (P2P) business lending platform, is expanding its offering with the launch of an automated portfolio investment option on loans for SMEs. The ArchOver Investment Plan has an annual target rate of up to 6.4 per cent. Cloud Technology Solutions (CTS) has merged with application development and machine learning specialist Qlouder in a deal that creates the what the companies say is the largest dedicated Google Cloud practice in Europe. Noerr has advised the French state-owned banking group Caisse des dépôts (CDC) and public transport provider Transdev, on structuring a transnational partnership with the German group Rethmann. In connection with Veolia’s planned exit from Transdev, Rethmann is planning to acquire a stake in the company.
