Green Arrow Capital, an independent asset management platform specialised in alternative investments, has completed the acquisition of of Quadrivio Capital SGR.

Paediatric home healthcare company Aveanna Healthcare is to acquire Premier Healthcare Services. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in mid to late June, have not been disclosed.

Gamma Technologies, a provider of engineering simulation software, has secured a strategic investment from Cove Hill Partners, a long-term oriented private equity firm.
TA Associates, a growth private equity firm that invested in Gamma Technologies in June 2015, will continue to remain the largest shareholder in the company following the transaction which is expected to close at the end of June 2018. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

ZyroFisher, formed in 2016 through the combination of cycling parts and accessories distributors Zyro and Fisher Outdoor Leisure has headquarters in Darlington in the north of England and represents over 50 market leading brands including Giro, SRAM and Tacx as well as its proprietary clothing, luggage and accessories brand, Altura.

Victory Park Speciality Lending (VSL), a company that invests in opportunities within the financial services market primarily through balance sheet or marketplace lending models, has continued its strong start to 2018 with record quarterly revenue returns, generating a gross revenue return on balance sheet investments of 2.96 per cent and a total net revenue return of 2.69 per cent.

Zubr Capital, the first private equity firm based in Belarus, has completed the second closing of Zubr Capital Fund I (ZCFI fund) at USD90 million. The first closing of the fund completed in August 2016 with USD50 million of capital commitments.

OMERS Private Equity is to acquire Alexander Mann Solutions, a provider of talent acquisition and management services, from New Mountain Capital for an enterprise value of GBP820 million (USD 1.1 billion).

Amberon, a Devon-based provider of traffic management services backed by private equity firm LDC, has added four new depots to its UK network and is anticipating its headcount to grow significantly over the next twelve months.
Amberon’s services span a wide range of safety solutions to support planned and emergency repairs, from traffic lights, signage and convoy working to variable message signs and CCTV. Today it has 22 depots across the UK, more than 400-vehicle feet and employs more than 500 people.

Venture capital firm Entrée Capital has closed its second Israeli-focused early stage fund with aggregate capital commitments of USD80 million.
The fund follows on from the success of Entrée’s previous Israeli fund that invested at the early-stage in Israeli startups such as monday.com, Riskified, DragonPlay (exited to Bally/Scientific Games), HouseParty, Breezometer and KitLocate (exited to Yandex).
