Research has been conducted into middle market companies across a wide range of industries about near-term plans for M&A, and perceptions of the prospects for their businesses under the Trump administration. CVC Capital Partners (CVC) is to appoint former Allergan executive Anish Mehta as CEO of the international women’s health assets portfolio which CVC Fund VI agreed to acquire from Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (Teva) on 17 September 2017.
