Rock Hill Capital Group (Rock Hill) has finalised the sale of Alpha Technical Services Corporation, LC (ATS) to Quala, a specialist in bulk transportation container cleaning. Based in Pasadena, Texas, ATS operates a full service state-of-the-art industrial cleaning facility specialszing in difficult cleaning projects requiring advanced cleaning techniques. ATS has the capabilities to clean the full spectrum of railcars and containers from the most basic washout to the most complicated or hazardous project. In addition, ATS performs railcar inspections, repairs, and requalification services. ATS’s repair facility is a certified AAR M-1002 Tank Car Facility and can provide HM-216 Tank Car Qualifications.
Amy Bryant, Jersey Finance
Jersey Finance has appointed Amy Bryant as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO). Vestar Capital Partners has acquired Quest Analytics, a specialist in health plan provider network management software and services. Terms of the investment have not been disclosed. Quest Analytics, based in Appleton, WI, was co-founded in 2003 by David H Hill and John P Weis.
