The Board of Directors of the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) has appointed André Bourbonnais as President and Chief Executive Officer effective 30 March, 2015.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Bourbonnais comes to PSP Investments from the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) where he was Senior Managing Director & Global Head of Private Investments. As such, he was responsible for a portfolio of private investments totalling over USD65 billion. Prior to joining CPPIB in 2006, he oversaw the 2005 initial public offering of Addenda Capital Inc, a fixed income manager, and managed private equity portfolios

Scout RFP, a cloud-based sourcing platform, has raised USD2.75 million in seed financing led by venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from Google Ventures and Zapis Capital.
Angel investors Techammer & Tim O'Shaughnessy also participated.

H&F Luxembourg 1, an affiliate of Hellman & Friedman, has successfully completed the sale of its remaining holding in the share capital of Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) in a private placement to institutional investors.
