Middle market private equity firm Genstar Capital Management has appointed Gretchen L Robinson in the newly created role of vice president of investor relations. Fund and corporate services provider Alter Domus has completed the acquisition of O’ Donovan Stewart Corporate Services (ODS) in Ireland. American Infrastructure MLP Funds (AIM), a private investment firm, has committed up to USD130 million of capital to StoneMor Partners, including acquiring an indirect majority interest in the company’s general partner.
