TresVista, a provider of customised financial services, has formed a strategic partnership with Bowline Capital Partners, a European boutique advisory firm with a merchant banking ethos.

The Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX) has for the last 20 months been subject to a Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) investigation into certain historic activities, according to CISX Chairman Jon Moulton.
In a statement released today, Moulton (pictured), says: There are no investigations in respect of current matters.
“These investigations are ongoing, detailed ridings have not been received by the Board [of the CISX] and consequently the Board cannot estimate with any confidence their final completion timescale or any effects upon the companies’ business model.

Private equity firm Aurora Capital Group has completed the previously announced sale of Mitchell International to KKR.
Aurora acquired Mitchell in March 2007 along with co-investors Norwest Equity Partners and GE Pension. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Middle market private equity firm The Sterling Group has completed the sale of its portfolio company, Stackpole International, to funds managed by Crestview Partners.
Sterling had acquired Stackpole through a corporate carve-out from Tomkins in August 2011.
Stackpole was an investment in Sterling's third fund, an USD820 million fund raised in 2010. The sale returns a significant portion of all called capital and fees to Fund III. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
