Palatine has successfully exited its investment in CTS Group, a provider of testing, inspection and geo-engineering consulting services to the construction and infrastructure sectors, through a sale to pan-European private equity investorOakley Capital. Palatine made a partial exit from the business in 2021, with the sale of its insurance claims management division to HomeServe plc for £53 million. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Identi-Graphics is a manufacturer and printer of pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging products serving the snack, bakery, confectionary, cosmetic and chemical end markets in the US and Canada. Neurofenix, a neurological rehabilitation platform that uses sensor technology to improve patient recovery outcomes, has raised $7 million in Series A funding led by AlbionVC, with additional participation by HTH, InHealth Ventures, and existing investors.
