NorthEdge-backed Distology has acquired Squareball Digital (Squareball) a specialist in Identity Access Management strategies. Squareball already works alongside some of Distology’s vendor partners, including Okta and Auth0.
The acquisition represents another significant milestone for Distology following the investment from lower-mid market private equity firm NorthEdge in March 2021.
Since investing in the business, NorthEdge has focussed on supporting Distology to invest for growth, which has seen the business expand its team, move offices, launch the Distology proposition in Europe, increase strategic vendor partnerships and gain recognition for the work they do to drive diversity in the technology sector.
During the partnership, the business has invested heavily in its people, hiring Chief Product Officer, Lance Williams; Sales Director, Rob Darby; Benelux Regional Director Thomas Kramps; Head of People Success, Chloe Thirlwall, promoting Claire Stott to Marketing Director, and increasing overall headcount by more than 40%.
