Peter Dubens, director, says: “The positive momentum in NAV that we reported at the year-end has continued into the current financial year and we are pleased to be able to report an increase in this key metric of eight per cent since the year end and 12 per cent year on year. Our divestments in the period have generated strong returns and IRR’s for the limited partnership and consequently for the company.
“The portfolio companies have remained remarkably resilient during the economic downturn, reflecting the continuing strength of their market positions and value propositions. Our focus and financial strength has now created an investment brand that entrepreneurs can trust, and work in partnership with, to drive growth whilst generating strong IRRs and NAV growth.”
