OceanSound Partners (OceanSound), a private equity firm that invests in technology and technology-enabled services companies serving government and highly-regulated enterprise end-markets, has appointed Julie Marracino as Principal of Investor Relations.
As well as IR, Marracino will be responsible for OceanSound’s fundraising activities.
Marracino, who brings more than 10 years of industry experience to her new role at OceanSound, joins from TCV, where she served as Vice President of Investor Relations & Capital Formation. At TCV, she was responsible for ongoing investment support, fundraising and client coverage for LPs across the northeastern US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
Previously, Marracino spent nearly nine years at Blackstone, where she last served as a Principal after several promotions within the firm’s private equity institutional client services & investor relations group.
