Ocorian has made a number of senior appointments to its Global Fund Services Asia Pacific division.Based in the Singapore office, Naveen Sivaambihaibalan joins the firm as Head of Fund Services, APAC; Cursley Legoff joins as a Client Director and Vikram Nursing takes on the role of Senior Manager.

These three new hires follow the recent senior appointment of Jay Moghe, Head of Asia Pacific Sales and Business Development, and Charmaine Tan, Sales Support Manager.
Moghe adds: “This is an exciting time for the team to be joining the Ocorian growth story as our clients include multi-billion dollar infrastructure and PE funds and sovereign wealth clients. Our team of experts can help clients establish and administer various structures including the Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) to take advantage of Asia’s growth markets. Our comprehensive range of fund administration and corporate and private client services enable our clients to use Singapore as a launchpad into both the Asian and world markets.”
Sivaambihaibalan has 12 years’ experience in alternative investments, including private equity, venture capital and real estate fund administration. He joins Ocorian from Apex Fund Services where he was Vice President, Private Equity and Real Estate Operations. With extensive experience across large real asset funds, sovereign clients and PERE clients across APAC, his primary responsibilities include building a formidable fund services offering both to clients in APAC and globally.
Legoff’s primary responsibilities are to manage and develop the team of fund administrators and implement strategies to support the growth and expansion of the business. He is assisting Naveen in building the fund administration services offering to clients in APAC. Legoff has over 17 years of experience in the Finance industry primarily focused on alternative investments, including private equity and real estate fund administration. Prior to joining Ocorian, he was a Vice President at Apex leading their PERE business.
Nursing joins Ocorian from Apex where he was Assistant Vice President, Private Equity and Real Estate Operations. His primary responsibilities are to manage the day to day operations and client relationships. Vikram has over 12 years of experience in alternative investments, including private equity and real estate fund administration.
Ocorian’s APAC offices in Singapore and Hong Kong provide a range of services across corporate, funds, capital markets, private client, and accounting, compliance and reporting.
