O’Melveny has represented ScanSource on its acquisition of Canpango, a Salesforce implementation and consulting partner.
The acquisition closed on 20 August 2018. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
ScanSource is a leading global provider of technology products and solutions, focusing on point-of-sale (POS), payments, barcode, physical security, unified communications and collaboration, cloud and telecom services.
Canpango provides professional services for companies across the globe, including Salesforce solution configuration and implementation, business process consulting, training and education, application development, data migration and reporting.
The O’Melveny team was led by Corporate partner David Smith (in Century City) and included associates Zach Greenberg (in Newport Beach), Matt Carter (in Los Angeles), and Steven Xie (in Century City).
