O’Melveny has represented leading global IT services provider ConvergeOne Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVON) in its acquisition of Advantel Networks, a solutions integrator that delivers security, data centres, storage and virtualisation, unified communications, contact centres, cloud and integrated and managed services, to businesses worldwide.
ConvergeOne serves as a trusted advisor to more than 10,000 customers, including 62 per cent of the Fortune 100 and 48 per cent of the Fortune 500 customers across the healthcare, finance, manufacturing, education, and energy industries.
As a result of the acquisition, Advantel is now Advantel, a ConvergeOne Company. As part of the transaction, O’Melveny also represented ConvergeOne’s investment firm, Clearlake Capital Group.
