O’Melveny has represented workforce software developer Sapho in its USD200 million sale to multinational software company Citrix Systems.
The addition of Sapho will expand Citrix’s software offerings to include Sapho’s leading micro app workforce productivity platforms.
Founded in 2014, Sapho is used by customers in all industries to streamline their internal workflows, enable smart decision-making, and increase employee effectiveness and engagement. Citrix is a leader in workplace software systems, with more than 400,000 organisations – including 98 per cent of the Fortune 500 – using Citrix solutions.
The O’Melveny team was led by partner and M&A partner and Silicon Valley Office Head Paul Sieben, as well as Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department, Warren Lazarow, and associates Chris Dombkowski and AJ Talt.
