Optima Partners, a global regulatory compliance and risk management advisory firm, has appointed Michele Foldenauer, most recently an Exam Manager in the private funds unit of the SEC’s National Exam Program, as a Director.
Foldenauer’s new role at Optima will focus on the regulatory and compliance needs of hedge funds, private equity funds, registered investment advisers, broker-dealers and global financial services firms.
Her previous work at the SEC’s Miami office involved conducting extensive compliance examinations and presenting reports summarising findings and violations of federal securities laws.
Optima advises more than 1000 clients across its offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai.
