Osceola Capital-backed PayrHealth has acquired SilverCreek RCM, a full-service revenue cycle management (RCM) company serving healthcare providers across the US.
PayrHealth can now offer its proven RCM solution with 15-plus years’ experience delivering operational excellence and outcomes to its clients.
The integration of the two businesses is on track to be completed by the end of January 2022.
