“BNI is very excited to partner with Pamlico Capital,” says Graham Weihmiller, Chairman and CEO of BNI. “From our extensive research, it is clear to us that Pamlico appreciates the importance of culture. And they very much support BNI’s Core Values and strategic roadmap. We could not be more excited about Pamlico and the road ahead for BNI.”

Pamlico Partner Walker Simmons and Vice President Jay Henry will join the BNI Board of Directors and will work closely with the existing management team to continue to expand BNI’s member base, franchise support, and unparalleled value proposition.

“We are pleased to welcome BNI to the Pamlico family,” says Walker Simmons, Pamlico Partner. “BNI’s Givers Gain philosophy really resonates with Pamlico and our own core values. Through our experience with peer-network business models, and our time spent with the BNI team, we believe that BNI is well positioned to accelerate growth, delivering even more benefit to its global network. Graham and his team have a deep appreciation for BNI’s history, values, and culture, paired with a healthy desire to innovate and leverage technology to build and deepen relationships and referrals across the network. We look forward to working with the team in their pursuits.”
