Pamlico Capital makes strategic investment in BNI

Pamlico Capital (Pamlico) is to make a strategic investment in Business Network International (BNI), a networking-based business development platform. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. 

With Pamlico’s strategic insight and resources, BNI will accelerate investment in support of its global network, providing additional technology and training to enhance both the member and franchisee experience. Pamlico is partnering with BNI at an exciting time. Following several years of strong growth, BNI and its dedicated franchisees have built the world’s leading referral marketing network, helping over 250,000 members across 70-plus countries grow their businesses, develop professionally, and create lifelong relationships. BNI, and the success of its network, is built on the philosophy that Givers Gain®, whereby BNI members generate meaningful business opportunities for fellow members, and themselves in turn.
