Pantheon appoints new co-investment partner

Pantheon has appointed Matt Cashion as an investment Partner in the firm’s global private equity co-investment Team. Cashion joined Pantheon’s New York office earlier this month providing additional senior-level presence on the east coast where Matt will lead the sourcing and execution of co-investment deals, contribute to fundraising and manage certain GP relationships.

Cashion joins at a time of strong growth and momentum for Pantheon’s Co-investment platform which has grown threefold over the past five years and now manages USD7.2 billion of co-investment assets for Pantheon clients. Over the past five years, Pantheon has been one of the more active co-investors in the market, committing over USD3 billionn to 132 co-investments.   

Cashion brings over 22 years of experience from GoldPoint Partners where he also led GoldPoint’s ESG efforts.
