Pantomath Capital strengthens leadership to drive value creation in India’s growth markets

Pantomath Capital has appointed Kamraj Singh Negi as Managing Director and CEO (Investment Banking), marking a strategic leadership expansion to bolster its presence in India’s dynamic mid-market sector, according to a report by Business Standard.

Kamraj joins with key senior team members Siddharth Shah and Sharad Dhariwal, both of whom also held leadership roles at DAM Capital.

With over 20 years of experience across capital markets, M&A, and institutional leadership, Kamraj has led significant transactions spanning telecom, media, internet, retail, FMCG, and financial services. His proven track record in strategic execution and deep sector expertise complements Pantomath’s mission to fuel growth in emerging Indian businesses.

Having successfully closing over 150 transactions – including IPOs, private equity deals, M&A, and structured solutions – Pantomath is noted for championing companies from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, areas often overlooked by traditional banks.

Siddharth Shah and Sharad Dhariwal bring extensive experience in equity capital markets, M&A, and strategic advisory, having advised both corporates and financial sponsors on complex mandates. Both will take senior managing director roles at Pantomath, further strengthening the firm’s capital raising and advisory capabilities.

As the mid-market opportunity in India accelerates, Pantomath Capital continues to lead with a disciplined, execution-driven approach – unlocking value in overlooked sectors and delivering differentiated outcomes for investors and entrepreneurs alike.
