PineBridge Benson Elliot (PBBE), a pan-European real estate private equity specialist, has closed its sixth fund, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners VI (Fund VI), with €500m in total committed capital as of February 2025.
Including Fund VI, PBBE’s has now raised over €4bn across its fund series, representing over two decades of successful investment activity across European markets.
With an anticipated €1.25bn investment program, leveraging standard fund-level financing, Fund VI will pursue PBBE’s time-tested pan-European real estate private equity strategy. This includes identifying and improving assets with significant inherent value potential as well providing tailored capital structure solutions across a diverse investment type across European middle markets. The program is further supported by co-investment capital, a key component of PBBE’s approach that enhances flexibility and scale for investors.
