PE-backed Fullerton Health considers minority stake sale at $1.1bn valuation

Fullerton Health, which counts private equity firms RRJ Capital and Ping An Capital as its major shareholders, is considering raising funds to expand its medical services offering through the sale of a minority stake in the business, according to a report by Private Equity Insights.

The report cites unnamed sources as saying that the Singapore-based company has entered into discussions with potential investors for a sale of as much of 20% of the company. Any deal could reportedly value Fullerton Health at more than SGD1.5 billion ($1.1 billion). 

Discussion are said to be ongoing and there is no guarantee that a deal will be agreed.
