Peter Kruppa has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and compliance officer. He joins from DH Private Equity Partners (formerly Doughty Hanson) where he spent 18 years in various roles, most recently as CFO and previously focusing on portfolio management and transaction execution.
Marzio Bondolfi joins as an associate from EMERAM Capital Partners where he was an investment professional working in the transaction team as well as on strategy developments for portfolio companies.
In addition, capital D has promoted Daryl Cohen to partner, having joined the Firm in 2019 from Inflexion Private Equity Partners. Meanwhile, Lucas Angibeau has been promoted to associate.
