European private credit manager Pemberton Asset Management has appointed Jürgen Breuer as Head of European Origination for its GP Solutions and NAV Financing strategies.
A founding Partner, Breuer played a pivotal role in establishing Pemberton’s Frankfurt-based DACH direct lending platform. As the firm expands its multi-strategy, multi-product financing solutions for financial sponsors, Breuer will relocate to London, where he will collaborate with Thomas Doyle, Head of GP Solutions and NAV Financing, to drive NAV origination efforts.
Pemberton’s NAV Core Financing strategy focuses on fund-level financing, while its GP Solutions strategy provides strategic, non-dilutive capital to support GP-led growth initiatives and enhance capital commitments. The firm has successfully raised and deployed significant capital across both strategies, with ADIA anchoring its GP Solutions strategy through a $1bn commitment announced in 2024.
With Breuer’s transition, Nils Weber, a Managing Director in Pemberton’s DACH business since 2015, will lead origination efforts in the region.
