MFA, the trade association for the global alternative asset management industry, has appointed Rob Hailey as Managing Director, Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Government Affairs. 

New Jersey-based private equity firm Edison Partners has promoted Michael Dirla from Senior Associate to Vice President. Dirla will now work more closely with the firm’s portfolio companies, as well as identifying and evaluating potential investments in fintech and enterprise solutions.  

London-based private equity firm Epiris has promoted Kathryn Pothier to Partner, Alex Wilby to Investment Partner and both Thayne Forbes and Zoe Lai to Investment Director. 

Law firm Bracewell has added energy and infrastructure-focused private equity lawyer François Feuillat as a partner in its London office. 

Luminate Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm focused on enterprise software companies, has promoted Lucy Li to Partner. In her new role, Li will oversee portfolio performance. 

Private markets secondaries-focused investor Coller Capital has opened an office in Zurich in expanding its global private wealth secondaries solutions business outside the US. 

Global investment giant BlackRock has appointed Camille de Lamotte as Co-Head of Private Debt Origination in France and Head of Origination in Spain, with responsibility for sourcing and executing middle-market direct lending investment opportunities.

Following its acquisition of Crestbridge last month, Gen II Fund Services has appointed Alexander Le Quesne as Head of Real Assets – Europe, with responsibility for overseeing client service and the development of Gen II’s real assets service in Europe.
