Percheron Capital has appointed Manish Goyal as Managing Director and Head of its Portfolio Support Group to oversee operational value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio of essential services businesses.
Goyal will focus on driving organic growth and accelerating M&A activity.
The Portfolio Support Group, organised into specialised “Centres of Excellence” spanning Talent, Technology and AI Enablement, Portfolio M&A, Post-Merger Integration, Go-To-Market Acceleration, and Office of the CFO, will now operate under Goyal’s leadership. He will work closely with portfolio company CEOs to implement Percheron’s tailored value creation model.
Goyal brings more than 25 years of experience across private equity, technology, and consulting. He most recently served as an Operating Partner at Berkshire Partners, leading AI enablement initiatives for software and tech-enabled services companies. His previous roles include Group Chief Strategy Officer at Singtel, Partner at McKinsey & Company, and Head of Revenue and Base Management at Sprint. He began his career as a software design engineer at Microsoft.
