Periscope Equity portfolio company Praecipio Consulting, a cloud-first business and technology consulting firm, has acquired Coyote Creek to create one of the largest North American Atlassian Platinum Solution Partners.
For 20 years, Coyote Creek has provided IT and engineering services across the Atlassian platform. The company is highly regarded for its customer-first philosophy and proactive approach to enterprise transformation, including DevOps consulting and IT service management. Coyote Creek will be a powerful addition to Praecipio’s service suite, building upon its reputation as a cloud-first, enterprise-level strategic advisor that helps organisations connect business and IT to become more responsive and adaptive.
Praecipio is a leading independent Atlassian partner, specialising in optimisation, implementation, and cloud migration, and was named Atlassian Partner of the year for five out of the last six years. Praecipio partnered with Periscope in the summer of 2021 and expects to continue to invest in the Atlassian, Dev Ops, and Agile suite.
This acquisition is an integral next step in Praecipio’s long-term strategy to deepen its broad, scalable set of capabilities across agile, DevOps, and Enterprise Service Management practices and its ecosystem of tools. Periscope plans to identify future strategic opportunities for partnership to further scale the platform and drive value for clients and employees.
