European private equity investor Perwyn has appointed Andrew Harrison as partner and its new head of capital formation. Harrison over 20 years of experience, having previously served as managing director and head of EMEA private capital advisory at Greenhill & Co.
Prior to his tenure at Greenhill & Co, Harrison served as head of investor relations at Silverfleet Capital Partners, where he helped develop and oversee the firm’s investor base while serving as a member of the investment, portfolio monitoring, and the ESG and valuation committees.
Earlier in his career, Harrison held the position of head of origination and due diligence, EMEA and APAC, at Credit Suisse’s Private Funds Investment Banking Group, where he was responsible for establishing new general partner relationships and advising on significant deals totalling in excess of $18.5 billion.
