Perwyn, a European private equity investor focused on building and transforming mid-market businesses, has promoted Ed Lunken to Partner.Lunken has been responsible for building out Perwyn’s financial services and healthcare sector verticals, which most recently includes leading the acquisition of Atec Group in 2024 and its follow-on in Moorhouse in 2025.
Lunken joined Perwyn in 2019 as an Investment Director and previously spent seven years in UK mid-market private equity.
